Alabama has a funding problem. I believe strongly that our grocery tax must be replaced with creative alternatives to collect revenue without harming Alabama's families or our businesses. By removing loopholes in our tax code and allowing the public to vote on a lottery, we can make up for the revenue lost from repealing this tax.
